We all know that the Gloucester Armed Forces Day was cancelled, and we all know why, but it did not go un-commemorated.

On the morning of the 26 June 2020 our chairman, Mark Paveley, attended an AFD Flag Raising ceremony at HQ ARRC, Imjin barracks, Innsworth. Followed by an interview that will wind its way to BFBS.
The flag was raised by Warrant Officer Class 2 Nobert Karl of the 'Bundeswehr' (German military). That’s me looking resplendent with R SIGNALS bow tie on the right, the HQ ARRC Command Sergeant Major, Stu Davison on the left.
We, Gloucester and Gloucestershire enjoy fantastic collaboration with HQ ARRC and look forward to many more mutual activities and support, when we can in the future.
